• After 24 hours, a service charge and transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount. A 100% refund will no longer be available.

3.2 Non-Compliance with Delivery Standards

• Customers may request a refund if the work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications. We offer unlimited revisions until the delivery meets expectations.
• If we are unable to meet your requirements after revisions, a mutually agreed-upon refund will be issued based on the extent of the deviation from the agreed terms.

3.3 Failure to Meet Delivery Deadlines

• If we fail to deliver the requested service on time after multiple attempts to resolve the issue, and documentation supports that the delay is due to our fault, a refund will be processed.

3.4 Refund Timeframe

• Refund requests must be made within 10 days after the delivery of the product. Any requests made after this period will not be considered.

3.5 Exclusions from Refunds

• Refunds will not be provided for minor issues such as typographical errors, formatting issues, or small delays caused by unforeseen technical issues.

4. Project Completion

• A project is considered complete if the customer does not request further changes or fails to respond within 10 days after delivery.
• After this period, Onlineselfpublishing is not responsible for any additional revisions or changes.

5. Personal Use & Copyright

• Onlineselfpublishing grants you ownership of the final product delivered. You are responsible for using the content legally and ethically.
